Vacancy for Secretary (Admin)

The Aeronautical Society of India invites applications for the post of Secretary (Admin) for its Head office located at 13-B, I.P. Estate, New Delhi-110002

Qualification & Experience:    The applicant should be a graduate engineer or should have  

 equivalent qualification  with a minimum 20 years of experience

 in the field of Aviation/Aeronautics/Aerospace.

Age:                                              The applicant should be less than 57 years old as on 1^st July 2021.

Medical Fitness will be required at employment. (Age  may be   

relaxed for outstanding candidates)

Contract :                                    Min 2 years.

Job Location :                             New Delhi

Job Description:                             a. Must have excellent leadership skills,

b. Must exhibit the ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a  

        multidisciplinary and diverse team.

c. Should be able to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities in the

    Society, ensuring development and implementation of efficient  &  

     cost effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the society.

d. Have strategic thinking, be open to new perspectives and better ways    

     to do things & be creative.

e.  Must be a visionary and manage innovations.

f. Must have excellent interpersonal skills in coordinating with various    

    universities, Govt organisations, Aerospace establishments in India &

    abroad.

g. Organise lectures and symposiums.

h. Must exhibit ways to further the professional activities of the society.

i. Manage the Agenda & decisions of the Governing Council.

Emoluments :                           Rs 85000 PM.
